PREVIOUS DESIGN EXPERIENCE (LEAST RECENT>RECENT)
- CONRAN + Partners (2010): Two Week Placement: First experience with InDesign creating client portfolios and presentations.
- Areen Hospitality (2013): Three Week Placement: Learnt about the value of materials and how to source them for projects.
- Art School Collaboration Project - RNCM (2015): Course Project in collaboration with Creative Multi-Media Students working with RNCM to design a musical environmental installation. Throughout the project I took the role of Project Leader.
- Freelance Kitchen and Bathroom Project (2015): Self-directed project to re-design my home kitchen and bath room. This project included drawing plans, making visuals, and selecting materials.
- Art School Collaboration Project - Bruntwood (2016): Working for live client Bruntwood to design and pitch a new collaborative space for their HQ of ces in Manchester. My role involved leading the group to design the roof garden space. I also was involved in making the Photoshop visuals, handmade models, and leading the pitches to the client.
- Cantor Masters (2016): Two Week Placement: I was able to develop my software skills by working on client presentations (Photoshop), completing Google Sketchup models, editing or plans (AutoCAD), and creating section visuals (Photoshop).
- Art School Collaboration Project - Pret A Manger (2016/17): Working for live client Pret A Manger we were given the brief to design a portable structure for Pret A Manger to use in order to reach new customer demographics. During this project I worked on short video animations, Google Sketchup models, furniture details, and Photoshop visuals.
- University of Manchester Pangea Festival (2017): I volunteered to be on the design team for the UoM Pangea Festival (a student organised music festival). We were given a room to design and decorate in the theme of “Cells”. The process included making visuals, precedent sheets, sourcing materials, and installing our design into the space.
- Art School Odyssey (2017): Taking the role of Project Manager and Treasurer. My roles included writing up gantt sheets and nance spreadsheets, writing the log book, organising the ow of the event, designing the venue and decorating the hall. As project manager I used my leadership and organisational skills to help keep the committee on track for deadlines and made sure everyone knew what they should be doing at all times to ensure the process ran smoothly.
VOLUNTARY WORK
- Buddy Mentoring Programme (Supporting new year 7 students in high school)
- Jewish Lads and Girls Brigade (Youth Leader) - Leading a group of younger children in weekly activities and activities on Summer Camp.
- MIKE Leadership Programme - Programme to help develop leadership skills (2 years)
- Duke of Edinburgh Award (Six months volunteering in a care home for the elderly) AEPi Fraternity
- Concert for Paul - Organised a fundraising concert for British Heart Foundation and Sarcoma UK (£10,000 raised).

- PERSONAL: Photography, video-making, drawing, cooking, travelling, tness, keeping up to datewiththe design world through reading design blogs, and visiting exhibitions and museums.
- SOFTWARE: Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Microsoft Office, iMovie.
- OTHER: Free hand drawing, perspective drawing, planning, con dent and concise presentation skills, strong organisation and communication skills, good time management, competent leadership skills.
